Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in California
Offering clinical expertise with compassionate and holistic care with both in-person and telehealth services.
Finding the right support for your mental health can at times feel overwhelming. As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner that is Board Certified, I provide comprehensive mental health care that integrates evidence-based practices from a holistic approach. Understanding the complex relationship between neuropsychiatric disorders (PANS/PANDAS) and other inflammatory conditions, I tailor treatment approaches to each patient's individual needs.
With a genuine understanding born from my own experience as both a parent to a child with mental health needs, and as someone who has also faced personal struggles, I don't just treat symptoms; I care for the whole person with the kind of compassion that comes from truly knowing what it's like to walk in my patients' shoes.
Metabolic Psychiatry
Starting January 2026: GLP-1 therapy agonists will be offered.
Metabolic psychiatry is based on the idea that metabolism directly affects how the brain produces energy and functions. By addressing inflammation and metabolic dysfunction, GLP-1s have shown to improve mood, cognitive function, and neuropsychiatric symptoms—recognizing that mental health is deeply connected to physical wellness.
