For more than two decades, I have guided individuals and families toward greater mental health and resilience. My career began in women’s health and later critical care nursing in the ICU, experiences that sharpened my ability to provide compassionate, precise care in even the most challenging situations. Trained at the University of California, San Francisco, I bring both academic rigor and real-world expertise to my practice.

 

Today, as a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I integrate clinical excellence with genuine understanding in every encounter.
