Services

Good care begins with getting to know you. During a thorough evaluation, we'll look at your history, what's going on now, and what you hope to change, then create a treatment plan built around you

Parent coaching sessions focus on you and your family as a whole. We'll start with what's weighing on you most, and I'll offer practical support that works for your life, including guidance on medication, other treatment options, and your own well-being.

I'm in network with Aetna Student Health (SHIP), Cigna and Carelon. All major credit cards are accepted, and a limited number of sliding scale spots are available.

My Approach to Pediatric Evaluations

2 Separate Appointments

Starting a psychiatric evaluation for your child or teen is a big step. I want you to have the time and space to feel truly heard, not rushed through your child's history. That's why I split the intake into two separate visits, on different days.

First visit (parents only): We talk through your child's developmental history, temperament, and your main concerns.

Second visit (with your child or teen): I get to know your child, build a connection, and see firsthand how challenges show up. Depending on their age and comfort, I often give this session just to them, so they have room to talk freely. Near the end, we'll all come together to talk through next steps and, if it feels right, begin a treatment plan. When helpful, I may also reach out to your child's school or other providers.

Taking it step by step gives me a clearer picture of your child, so my recommendations fit them better.

70-minutes per each session at $375/session:

Total $750
